Conditions of delivery

We would like to acknowledge receipt of your recently placed order with our brand Urban Nature Culture Amsterdam.

Please check if the order confirmation is correct and everything has been added and matches to the order placed.

Once you have confirmed the order is complete and correct we aim to deliver to have the order ready for delivery within 2-3 working days after payment has been received. We encourage you to send proof of payment if possible, which will allow us to process the order and have it picked and packed at our warehouse sooner. Once the warehouse has processed the order you will be given automatically an exact delivery date and all tracking details. The goods will be delivered on a pallet. Small orders will be delivered by courier service.

Please take the following steps to ensure the delivery arrives safely and correct:


1. Check shipment ;
- Please check the number of boxes received, please report and take photos of any damaged boxes on arrival. Sign the delivery slip if you agree with the shipment or make a note on the delivery slip if you have damaged or missing boxes /cartons. send us a picture of your note on the delivery slip as well.

2. Handling of complaints ;
- Any problems or complaints about your delivery need to be reported and submitted within 5 working days of signing and accepting the delivery.
- Broken, damaged or faulty goods should be reported by email stating;
      - Item reference number, the quantity of items you are claiming and photos attached.
Please send this to our Sales Support department within 5 working days of after signing for the delivery: salessupport@dinnerware.nl.

3. Response to your complaints;
- Customer feedback is very important to us. Therefore we aim to respond within 5 working days. To allow us to make a full assessment of damage please attach clear multiple photos where possible.

Once the complaints are confirmed you will receive a credit note from us within 30 working days .The credit note can be settled and deducted on your next order. In case items could not be delivered you can reorder them again on your next order.
